How do I Register/Guarantee my spot?
- Online registration guarantees your entry to camp. You can also submit mail-in registration. An email will be sent upon receipt of payment with a confirmation number. More specific camp information will be sent out a few weeks prior to the camp start date.
How do I register via mail-in registration?

How do I upload my Medical Forms?
A completed medical release and a copy of the campers insurance card (Front and Back) must be submitted prior to participation in any camp. For online registrants, to submit your forms, follow these steps:
Will there be a trainer on site?
Yes, a certified athletic trainer will be at each facility, during all sessions, for each camp. Athletes should arrive 15 minutes early to the gym in order to be seen by the trainer.
What do I need to know about Overnight camps?
Overnight registration includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, starting with Dinner on day 1 and concluding with breakfast on the final day.
Commuter registration includes lunch and dinner only, starting with dinner on day 1. (breakfast not included)
What is the difference between “Cavalier Camp” and “Wahoo Camp?”
Both camps have an “All-Skills” focus and both will help prepare you for your next volleyball pursuit. The only difference between the two, Cavalier is 4 days and Wahoo is 3 days. Campers are able to register for multiple camps in a row.
What training facilities are used for camp?
All camps take place on Grounds of the University of Virginia. Aquatic Fitness Center (AFC), Memorial Gymnasium, North Grounds, and Slaughter Gymnasium are all used.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Each camp requires a non-refundable $100 deposit. Online service fees are non-refundable in addition to the $100 deposit. Refunds (less deposit) are available until two weeks prior to the start of camp.
What should I bring to camp?
A general checklist: Multiple pairs of Spandex, multiple t-shirts, knee pads, socks, court shoes, water bottle, and some cash for gear/snacks. Overnight campers be sure to bring: alarm clock, phone charger, toiletries, pj's, money for snacks, linens, and a pillow.
Should I bring extra cash?
There will be apparel available for purchase at camp. There will also be a camp store to purchase snacks, Gatorade®, bottled water, etc. Please bring cash in case you need a snack between sessions or a pizza after the evening session.
Are the dorms air conditioned?
Yes! All of our dormitories are air conditioned.
How are the girls monitored throughout camp?
Camp counselors stay overnight in dorms and bed checks are done routinely each night. Campers will meet at a designated facility (home base) before each session. Camp Coaches will walk campers to their facility each session and then will be walked back to the dorm or dining hall when the session ends. Campers are only allowed to walk to and from the designated facilities (dining hall, gyms, dorm) with a partner or small group.
Are there discounts for attending multiple camps?
Cavalier Volleyball Camps does not offer discounts for campers attending multiple camps. Sorry, per NCAA legislation, we are not allowed to offer any discounts.
Do you offer Pro-Rated cost if campers aren’t able to attend every session?
YES, we do offer a prorated rate for campers who wants to go to a specific camp but cannot go to all of the dates. These campers will have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We prorate based on volleyball on court sessions. There is a $50 administrative fee associated with each camp, which is not included into the pro rate equation.
Wahoo Juniors Camp: $66 per day (3 days)
Wahoo Commuter Campers: $58 per session (6 sessions)
Wahoo Overnight Campers: $65 per session (6 sessions)
Cavalier Commuter Campers: $52 per session (9 sessions)
Cavalier Overnight Campers: $58 per session (9 sessions)

The NCAA prohibits free/reduced admission for prospect-aged individuals.
Admission on a pro-rated bases is available. Please reach out to the Camp Director.
